10 ways to look attractive!

    We all want to look our best, but often we try different ways to look attractive & try the newest fashion trends can seem overwhelming. But did you know that there are lots of basic things people can do to look attractive-most of which require little or no effort? This article contains basic thing to do in daily routine which will make you stylish & attractive in all manner. Many of these ideas will help you to enhance peoples attraction towards you and the world around you.

    

   1.Grooming  


    Shave or trim your facial hair. Whether you choose to be clean-shaven or have a beard, the key is taking care to groom your facial hair every day.
  • For a clean-shaven look, shave every morning before you leave for work or College. Wet your skin first, and use a good quality razor
  • Proper Grooming  are important to gain not just positive impression but also feels confident.First impression matter and the way you look influence the people you get along with in the work sitting.
  • Clean and trim your nails. Every week without fail, when you get out of the shower, take a minute to quickly trim up all 20 of your nails and clean out any dirt from beneath them. 
  • Wash your face regularly.  Wash your face twice in a day by good quality face wash to enhance the glow of  your face and to clean the dirt on your skin.
  • Shower daily. Wash your hair thoroughly, and use a body wash or soap that has a fresh and clean scent, or none.
    If you usually take a shower in the morning, consider getting a fog less mirror for your shower so you can wash your face and shave while you're in there.

    2. Clothing




  • Always dress well. Wear clothes that fit well. Often, it can feel better to wear clothes that are a bit bigger on you than you would normally wear. However, if you wear pants with a 36" waist and you get something with a 38", it will look loose and frumpy.
  • Figure out which colors look good on you. The right color will make your skin look awesome, while the wrong one can make it look washed out and sallow. Again, ask advice from a friend! Here are some basic tests to try:

        3.  Practice good posture.


  • A good posture play an important role while at workplace and also at home. This will impact our body to strength the muscles and influence the other people to know how confident you are! 
  • Do basic things such as Stand up straight, Use of hands during communication,arms at your sides with elbows straight and even.

  • Offering someone a genuine smile is one of the easiest things you can do to seem instantly appealing. Practice smiling often, and try to get into a frame of mind where your grin is easy to trigger.
  • Develop a warm sense of humor. Find joy and laughter in the ridiculous aspects of life, and don't be afraid to point this out to other people. Try to keep your jokes free of references to bodily functions, sex acts, or disparaging other groups of people.

       5.  Make eye contact

  •  When you're talking to someone (especially someone you like), demonstrate that you're interested and paying attention by making consistent eye contact.

       6.  Know how to carry a conversation

  •  Conversational manner is an important role to make people friendly with you for this purpose try to start by shake hand,great and good smile this shows you are interested to communicate with him.  
  • Start by asking general question and tie them in question Such as how r u? What do you think of this weather? how is your day going? etc.

     7.  Speak carefully & clearly

  • When you talk to other people, try not to mumble or rush your words. Also, try to avoid speaking "ghetto" or with too much slang; many people find it unattractive when you do. Form full sentences, and avoid opening your mouth before you've really thought about what you're going to say — it will save you a lot of potential embarrassment.

      8. Improve your intelligence

  • For some people, nothing is more attractive than being intelligent. Keep up to date with schoolwork and work hard to achieve those top grades. Read daily, and read a newspaper so you're up to date with current affairs.

      9. Eat Well


  • Avoid junk food and items that are high in sugar, it can cause problems for your skin and make you look older.
  • Always drink 10-15 glass of water in a day to stay your body hydrated in whole day this is necessary to maintain the work efficiency constantly. 
  • Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. You've heard it a hundred times, but eating plenty of raw fruits and vegetables is vital to a healthy diet. Consider trying to eat fresh fruit (such as apples, oranges, and pears) as a snack, and try to eat at least one vegetable at both lunch and dinner.

      10. Exercise Daily


  • Do basic stretches, sit-ups, push-ups, and other exercises every other day. Stay consistent with the number of repetitions. Then, as your muscles improve, increase the number of repetitions you do and you will see results.
  • Try different weightlifting plans. Try to do as much as you can, but don't overextend yourself, and give your muscles rest days to heal and build muscle. Working out every day may actually be bad for you! However, don't be afraid of becoming way too buff. Bodybuilders in magazines look that huge because lifting weights is the only thing they do for a living. It won't happen to you.
